A CIRCA Project
Description:
This project is extending the CIRCA software
architecture for complex, intelligent real-time control systems.
Building
on work done in
the SA-CIRCA
project, we are extending CIRCA with
new abilities to negotiate internally about its use of real-time
planning resources, and to autonomously evaluate its own performance and adapt.
In addition, we are adding multi-agent negotiation
capabilities allowing multiple
CIRCA agents to negotiate and interact in real-time,
extending the real-time performance
guarantees made by one CIRCA agent
to teams of agents.
